Shipping/Payments

Shipping period can take anywhere between 3 – 5 business days depending on Courier (USPS) Transport. Delivery may sometimes be delayed due to extreme weather conditions or other Courier issues. This is obviously OUT OF OUR CONTROL! We ask that you please be patience during these situations. We will try our best to keep you updated in the case of extended delays. Payment options such as Credit or Debit card, PayPal and Amazon Pay are available, as well as other convenient payment option that may fit your purchasing needs. Please read carefully below…

 

Returns/Exchange

All purchases are subject to change. Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery date. Return of Non-functional or damaged products will be refunded or exchanged only at sellers discretion. Customer pays return shipping fees. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Please understand that any damage purposely inflicted/caused by the customer is deemed Non Returnable and also Non Refundable. Monstertech may offer a one time discounted replacement agreeable upon company terms. Email or message us with any questions or concerns you may have regarding an item or your order from the (Contact Us) tab located on the top and bottom of the page. Refunds/Warranty

All purchases are subject to change. Products returned damaged will only be refunded at sellers discretion. Refund for returned orders will be credited to your account within 14 business days after product is received and evaluated by seller. If product is not original purchased item or defective for any reason such as Customer Inflicted Damage, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED! Please return product to our SHIP FROM ADDRESS. If a replacement is needed because of the sellers error, a replacement product will be shipped ASAP at no additional cost to you, unless refund is requested! Please feel free to leave any notes related to your order in the (Order Notes) section at checkout that you feel may lead to a smooth and successful transaction. Servicing YOU is our #1 priority.
